Watch:
Step-By-Step Instructions:
STEP 1: Check The Liquid Adjustment Knob

a. Make sure the liquid adjustment knob is set to allow liquid to flow through (setting 1-4).
b. If the knob is set to 0 the blower will not spray.
STEP 2 : Ensure There Is No Vapor Lock
a. Disconnect the quick-connect from the Flex™
b. Connect the hose to a different spray wand handle, and test to see if it sprays.
c. If it sprays on a different spray handle, connect it back to the Flex™ and try again.
STEP 3: Check The Nozzle For Possible Blockages

a. While tilting the unit down, unscrew your nozzle retainer and vortex fin.
b. Turn the unit on without the nozzle to test if the nozzle is the problem.
c. If fluid comes out with the nozzle removed, you will need to unclog or replace the nozzle.
d. To clean the nozzle you can use compressed air to blow through it or use a wire.
STEP 4: Check The Front Duct Assemble For Blockages

a. Unscrew and remove the front duct assembly.
b. Test the Flex™ to see if fluid comes out of the unit with the front duct off.
c. If fluid comes out then the front duct is clogged and you must use compressed air to blow out the blockage.
STEP 5: Mechanical Valve Issue

a. If the rest of the steps didn't help with the issue, then it is likely that the mechanical valve is the problem.
b. The main housing will need to be removed in order to work on the mechanical valve.
