Step-By-Step Instructions:
STEP 1: Check For Leaks On Gun Assembly
Inspect all connection points between gun, hose, nozzle, and wand.
STEP 2: Remove Cover Plate

a. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the screws holding the front cover plate to the unit.
b. Loosen the strain relief fitting.
c. Gently sit the cover plate aside, Revealing the inside of the sprayer.
STEP 3: Check For Leakes Around Pump
a. With water in the sprayer, pull the trigger and observe if there are any leaking points on or around the diaphragm pump.
b. If the leak comes from the hose to pump connections, fasten the hose clamp with a flathead screwdriver.
c. If the leak is coming from the diaphragm pump itself, the pump will need to be replaced.
STEP 4: Modify The Adjustment Screw
a. Fill the sprayer with fresh water.
b. Find the adjustment screw that is located between the two screws holding the microswitch housing in place.
c. Using a Phillips screwdriver, rotate the screw in 360° intervals either direction.
d. Test the sprayer after each rotation until the sprayer responds correctly.
STEP 5: Check The Pressure Dial

a. If your sprayer is equipped with a dial, try rotating the dial.
b. The dial must be replaced if it rotates continuously.
