Replace the Tank Lid Gasket

Tools Required: Flat-head screwdriver

Follow along as we replace the tank lid gasket on a FlowZone® battery powered backpack sprayer.

Step-By-Step Instructions:

STEP 1: Remove the Lid from the Unit

STEP 2: Remove the Rubber Gasket

Locate the rubber gasket on the inside of the tank lid. Using a flat-head screwdriver, slide underneath and remove the gasket.

STEP 3: Insert New Rubber Gasket 

Place the replacement gasket into the tank lid with the flat side inward. Make sure the ridge is facing out away from the tank lid.
