Although they look almost identical, the Typhoon and the Cyclone are different. The Typhoon uses a heavy-duty diagram pump that can spray up to 30 ft vertically and horizontally ranging from 8psi - 115 psi. Additionally, the Typhoon has a longer-lasting battery for up to 3 continuous spray hours, with 18V/5.2Ah lithium-ion batteries and a 21V/2.5A charger.

The Cyclone uses a standard diagram pump that can spray up to 25 ft vertically and horizontally ranging from 8psi - 60 psi. The Cyclone can spray up to 2.5 continuous hours, with 18V/2.6Ah lithium-ion batteries and a 21V/1A charger.

Both batteries are rated for 1,000 charge cycles and are great for getting the job done. If you don't need such a high pressure, we recommend using the Cyclone for just such as landscaping. Whereas the Typhoon is great for outdoor high-pressure jobs like reaching the easel of houses.
