Assemble Your Vortex Mist Blower

Tools Required: Philips Screwdriver, Flathead Screwdriver

Step-By-Step Instructions:

STEP 1: Connect the ComfortStraps™ to the Tank

a. Push the clip against the bottom of the housing loop to open it and thread it through.

b. Connect the top straps by pushing through the bottom opening of the clip, then loop the strap back through the top opening and pull

STEP 2 : Attach the Elbow to the Lower Housing

a. Place the elbow into the lower housing.

b. Using the included u-clip, place it into the slots and twist on the washer and nut.

STEP 3: Connect the Bellows Duct to the Elbow Duct

a. Push the bellows duct on to the elbow duct.

b. Using a flathead screwdriver, tighten the duct clamp onto the elbow.

STEP 4: Join the Mid-Duct to the Bellows Duct

a. Place the duct clamp onto the bellows duct.

b. Place the mid-duct onto the bellows duct.

c. Using a flathead screwdriver, secure the mid-duct to the bellows duct using the duct clamp.

d. Open the hose clamp by pressing down on the tab.

e. Put the hose into the clamp and shut it.

STEP 5: Attach the Frond Duct to the Mid-Duct

a. Place the front duct onto the mid-duct.

b. Secure the two together using the bolt and nut in the designated opening.

STEP 6: Secure the Ducts for Storage

a. Using the velcro traps, bing it under and around the mid-duct, then loop it through the tightening clip.

b. For the top, loop the velcro strap up and around upper mid-duct tup and secure it through the tightening clip.

STEP 7: Charge the Battery Before Your First Use

STEP 8: Place Battery in the Lower Housing for Power

STEP 9: Unlatch the Tank and Remove From Housing to Add Desired Chemical

a. Unlatch the clip holding in the tank.

b. Remove the tank from the unit.

c. Add the desired chemical.

d. Reconnect the tank back to the unit using the clip.
