What Is a Certified Refurbished FlowZone® Sprayer?

A certified refurbished sprayer is a previously owned or returned unit that has been professionally restored and tested by FlowZone®. Each sprayer undergoes a detailed refurbishment process designed to verify proper operation and performance.

What Is Included in the Refurbishment Process?

Every certified refurbished sprayer receives:

• Full functionality testing to verify proper operation.
• Replacement of components with genuine FlowZone® parts when necessary.
• Partial battery charging prior to shipment.
• Thorough cleaning, including commercial tank washing.
• Scratch buffing and cleaning of metal components using ultrasonic cleaning methods.
• Inspection of filters and seals, with replacement as needed.

What Comes in the Box?

All certified refurbished sprayers are:

• Repackaged in a brand-new box.
• Shipped with all applicable accessories and parts.

Are Refurbished Sprayers Covered By A Warranty?

Every certified refurbished FlowZone® sprayer is backed by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

What Cosmetic Condition Are Refurbished Sprayers In?

While all refurbished sprayers are fully functional and tested, some units may show minor cosmetic imperfections such as light scratches or scuffs. These cosmetic blemishes do not affect the performance or operation of the sprayer.

Due to the nature of refurbishing, we cannot guarantee how much wear and tear will be on a refurbished sprayer. Sometimes refurbished sprayer are sprayers that have been used once and returned, and all that is needed is cleaning to free the sprayer of chemicals. Other refurbished sprayers are put together from multiple different used and damaged sprayers. 

All of our refurbished sprayers are cleaned thoroughly and tested for functionality. We do not guarantee that any refurbished sprayers will look like new, nor can we guarantee any specific age of a refurbished sprayer or the parts within it. The refurbished sprayers are not stocked order of cleanliness, use, etc, and are all priced the same regardless of signs of usage, etc.

How Many Refurbished Sprayers Are Available?

Refurbished sprayers are available on a first come first served basis. Certified refurbished inventory is limited and subject to availability. The number of refurbished sprayers can vary daily, we recommend checking online for current inventory.
