Sometimes, although rare, after a long period of storage, the sprayer's diaphragm pump may become non-responsive. Priming the system correctly is critical to restoring functionality. One of the most effective methods is forcing water in the pump through the inlet filter inside the tank.

Step-By-Step Instructions:
STEP 1: Disconnect The Hose From The Base Of The Sprayer
Disconnect the hose quick-connect from the base assembly.
Note: Leave the electrical pigtail connection attached to the base
STEP 2: Add Fresh Water To The Tank
Using the hose, add a little bit of fresh water into the tank.
STEP 3: Insert A Battery And Turn The Sprayer On
a. Insert a charged battery into the battery holster.
b. Turn the sprayer on.
STEP 4: Run Fresh Water Into The Male Quick-Connect At The Base Of The Sprayer
a. Bring the hose to the male quick-connect on the base assembly.
b. Turn the water on and channel water into the quick-connect barb for a few seconds.
STEP 5: Test With A Working Battery

a. Remove the hose and connect the hose assembly to the sprayer base.
b. Test the sprayer by activating the trigger on the sprayer handle.
