Requesting A Return

If you've received your order and would like to return it, we're here to help. Simply follow the steps below to initiate a return.




Before You Begin:


If your product is not working properly or arrived damaged, please contact our support team before returning it. We may be able to provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, or an alternative solution.

If you simply ordered the wrong item or no longer need the product, you can request a return by following the process below. In most cases, you can return a product within 30 days of purchase. To review our full return policy, click here.




Step-By-Step Instructions:


STEP 1: Request A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)


Contact our Customer Support team and let us know you'd like to return your item. If within policy, we will provide you with an RMA form and any additional return instructions. 




STEP 2: Package And Ship Your Item(s)


Please package the item securely to help prevent damage during transit. If possible, include a copy of your RMA to help our staff identify the shipment.  


If you are returning a sprayer, make sure to throughly clean it out before shipping. Due to safety, our team will not be able to inspect any sprayers containing chemical and a refund may be withheld.


Outside of warranty claims, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

STEP 3: Provide Your Tracking Information


After shipping your return, please send the tracking number to our support team. This helps us monitor your return and process it as quickly as possible once it arrives.




STEP 4: Refund Processing


Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.


Please note:

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Applicable processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
